Job: Human Resource Business Partner

Our client is seeking the knowledge and skills of a registered Industrial Psychologist or Psychometrist to join their HR Team.

The HR Business partner must have experience in the full HR Generalist Function.

Experience

• Relevant human resource experience (recruitment and selection, talent management, labour relations, performance management, training and development, organisational development).
• Relevant Legislation Knowledge.
• Management experience.

Qualification

• Human Resource / Psychology Degree
• Registration with the HPCSA as psychometrist or psychologist.
