Our reputable client, in die Professional Services Sector, is recruiting a Recruitment and Talent Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Recruitment and Selection: Managing and Facilitating the recruitment process and all activities, using creative sourcing methodologies and ensuring that recruitment plans and strategies are driven and implemented, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Talent Management: Working with relevant stakeholders to support the delivery of the talent management strategy within the company and region, identifying opportunities to improve performance and potential capability enabling employees to have a progressive career.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to relevant governance policies as well as statutory requirements.
- Managing the HR Administration and Employee Mobility.
- Ad Projects such as managing the employee wellness programme.
Requirements:
- B.Com with HR Management or equivalent.
- Post Graduate degree is preferred.
- 6-8 Years Experience as an HR Professional in a Professional Services Organisation.
