Job Information:

We are recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner to join a company in the Financial Services Sector. The purpose of the role is to work closely with business leaders in delivering the Human Capital Strategy aligned to key business and human capital priorities. The role forms partnerships to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect and meet the business objectives.


Develop strategies for people management, succession planning and talent mangement.
Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, business unit restructures and succession planning, ensuring that core HR Processess ad applied.
Build and manage objective working relationships.
Drive the transformation strategy.
Day to day performance management guidance.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Implement and manage talent management processes.
Provide HR Support.
Partner with other Centres of Excellence.

Actively participate and contribute towards the formulations of solutions in the HC Department.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership to develop and enhance solutions, processes, programs and policies that address current problems and avoid future ones.
Assist in measuring, validating and testing the effectiveness of metrics applied by business to assess and drive productivity optimization.

Experience and Qualifications:

B Degree with HR or Psychology as Major.
Hons Degree will be an advantage.
Understanding of all Human Capital and Human Resource Disciplines.
5-8 Experience in Human Capital related role with business exposure.
Knowledge of Human Capital capabilities and or programs and policies.
Banking industry experience will be an advantage.
